Our new by the glass Shiraz has everything we want in Barossa Shiraz. Dark brooding nose of blackberry and plum with that unique Barossa aromas touched with mocha. The palate brings a welcome red fruit to the darkness with some strawberry hints. Little bit of vanilla, pepper and boysenberry as well with just a hint of oaky grip too.



Robert Oatley Robert Oatley $17.00

From the Margaret River in Australia, this Chardonnay has a lovely balance of character. Stainless steel production with some time on the lee, but no malo (Geek speak). So what you end up with is a Chard with subtle biscuit aromas followed by stone and tropical fruits. Great for a day spent on the patio.

The name of this wine is in commemoration of the legendary winemaker, Max Schubert. Paying homage with this delicious Cab, supple red, blue and black fruits, melded with a sweet cinnamon spice. Silky tannins and a lengthy finish on the palate.

This wonderful Western Australia Chardonnay offers a youthfully nose of fresh peaches and cream, cedar, lightly toasted bread and apple tart. The palate is packed with nervy flavor intensity and has crisp acidity with a silky texture, finishing long with lingering honeyed toast notes.

A blend of 78% 65 yr old Shiraz and 22% 90 yr old Grenache, the Wallace has a gorgeous nose of black raspberries, eucalyptus, kirsch and lavender plus ample Barossa black pepper, cloves and anise hints. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is soft, pepper-laced and seductive with impressive persistence and a lively acid and herb lift to the finish. Oak is light handed allowing lovely purity of fruit to show.

An interesting cool climate Aussie Chard. Acidity is lively, no skanky pineapple juice flavors. Nose shows some minerality, melon and peach. Round creamy texture, some lees treatment evident. A little lemon curd shows as well. Nicely done.
