Our new by the glass Shiraz has everything we want in Barossa Shiraz. Dark brooding nose of blackberry and plum with that unique Barossa aromas touched with mocha. The palate brings a welcome red fruit to the darkness with some strawberry hints. Little bit of vanilla, pepper and boysenberry as well with just a hint of oaky grip too.

From the Margaret River in Australia, this Chardonnay has a lovely balance of character. Stainless steel production with some time on the lee, but no malo (Geek speak). So what you end up with is a Chard with subtle biscuit aromas followed by stone and tropical fruits. Great for a day spent on the patio.

Flavors of bright juicy red fruit, blackberry and sweet plum are held in check with silky tannins and a soft finish. Go on! What do you have to lose!?!

Classic Aussie Shiraz aged in 100% American oak. This wine shows juicy raspberry, blackberry and currants, mint and eucalyptus. Peppery and dried violet notes in the background with vanilla and baking spices. Grippy tannin begging for a fatty piece of meat to pair with. Big body and lingering finish.

This wonderful Western Australia Chardonnay offers a youthfully nose of fresh peaches and cream, cedar, lightly toasted bread and apple tart. The palate is packed with nervy flavor intensity and has crisp acidity with a silky texture, finishing long with lingering honeyed toast notes.

The 2014 Amon Ra reflects the tried and true essence of the Glaetzer style - generosity of flavor with finesse of structure. The inky purple color displays the gentle but full extraction. The nose shows an abundance of dark blueberry, vanilla, black cherry and hints of cassis with notes of mixed spice and anise. Although still young and firmly wound, the vibrant blackberry and dried spice flavors integrate well with youthful yet supple tannins with the trademark loooong and sleek finish. Meant to go 10 to 15 years to hit its prime.
