These grapes have been grown organically for years and years, the French just dont want to go through the trouble and cost of becoming certified. These grapes were selected from villages surrounding Riems. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier bringing gorgeous aromas of fresh brioche, strawberry, cherry blossom, apple and pear. Beautiful mouthfeel, can pair well with any meal or stand alone.

Until 2008, this producer of Champagne was exclusive to France. Now we have the luxury of tasting this fine, Grand Cru, grower bubbly. 100% Chardonnay, immediately pressed after hand-harvesting on site to preserve its freshness and aged in ancient chalk cellars. Crisp apple, pear, brioches, buttery, creamy and delightful.
