Peter Adler Auslese Riesling $11.50
An amazing value for Auslese (certified ripeness) fruit from Germany's Mosel River Valley. Classic light petroleum and mineral nose yet flavor sweet and soft with hints of apricots and vanilla cake. A great German staple with pork of all kinds and cheeses from soft Brie to hard Gouda.
Ryan Patrick Riesling $12.00
Founded in 1996 this small, family owned and operated winery in located in the heart of the Wahluke Slope AVA in the Columbia Valley. This off dry riesling is fruit driven with white peach, ripe pear and orange blossom with hints of apple and mineral undertones. Clean, refreshing finish at a hard to beat price point.
Hunky Dory $13.00
This white blend is unlike your usual NZ Sauv Blanc, an organic blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer and Riesling done quite dry. Shows honeysuckle, white peach and clean stone on the nose with flavors of apple peach and rose petals. The acid is softer and rounder than sav blanc but crisper than most any Gewurz or Riesling you may have had. Yes, it really is "hunky dory".
Acid freaks rejoice! This dry Riesling shows the classic stone minerality and petrol on the nose with floral aromatics as well. The palate yields citrus, green apple and stonefruits with mouth watering acidity. A great food wine or one simply just to drink.
