Tiny Bubbles

While most of you know that we drink bubbles every day, we also know that some of you save bubbly for New Years Eve only. While this puritanical habit is common, we prefer to follow more of a Napoleonic Buddhist philosophy. One that finds something to celebrate each day, and if we can't we can drink Champagne in victory and to console ourselves in defeat.

We may not be the biggest wine shop in Colorado, but I bet you we are the only shop with these amazing choices! Prices run from $11 to $64. We have Lambrusco, Brachettos, South African roses, Cremants d'Alsace, Champagne, Blanquette di Limoux, Vintage Cavas, Demi Sec Refosco/Verduzzo, Moscatos, Franciacortas, Cremants, Cavas, Blanc de Noir from Albuquerque, Cremant from Languedoc and more. Stop in and see us before the year ends to toast your night right!

We are still getting inventory online but you can take a peek at the descriptions and the beginnings of the entire list here.

Orchard Wine Cellar Movers and Shakers This Week

  • Laya

    #1 Laya

From Castilla-La Mancha in Central Spain, a unique blend made with the Garnacha Tintorera grape. Not only is the skin red, but so is the flesh. This provides a sturdy structure and noticeable tannins. Aged only 4 months in oak, this wine has luscious red and black fruits with hints of spice. Definitely one you should try, especially at this price!
    (Holding the #1 spot)

  • Tintero Moscato

    #2 Tintero Moscato

Sori Gramella refers to the one of the only single vineyard Moscatos, and Marco is the only producer to bottle this striking limestone amphitheater commercially. Once the 30 year old vines give up their bounty, and the grapes are harvested and pressed, they are kept in stainless steel at a low temperature to prevent fermentation until an order is received in order to provide the freshest wine possible. (behind by 4 bottles)
