Old vine Trebbiano allowed a short time of skin contact and also aged six months on the lees. All this means is this wine is concentrated with flavor and aroma and has a beautiful texture on the palate. Melon and tropical fruits, beeswax and floral notes as well. All in all, delicious!

Can we talk about tannin people?! This Sagrantino from Montefalco, Umbria is a big boy! Dried violets and rose petals, dried cherry, pomegranate, fennel, pepper, cedar... lets just say there's a lot going on in this glass. Huge tannin and structure, great acidity and finish. Have some patience to let this one open up a bit.
