A beautiful expression of Shiraz from the equally beautiful area of South Africa. Among the vast, sprawling, organic gardens of the property lies vinyards where this Shiraz originates. Showing robust black berries, meaty, savory bacon fat, violets and pepper. Soft on the palate and just enough acid to pull it together.

100% estate grown fruit from Walker Bay, South Africa. With a growing reputation for quality wines, this blend shows us exactly what South Africa is capable of. Shiraz dominant with Mouvedre and Cab Sav adding a little umph to the blend. Eucalyptus, sweet jalapeno peppery note and black fruits. Big body and plenty of structure. Have a glass ready with your next roast or ribeye!
