From Castilla-La Mancha in Central Spain, a unique blend made with the Garnacha Tintorera grape. Not only is the skin red, but so is the flesh. This provides a sturdy structure and noticeable tannins. Aged only 4 months in oak, this wine has luscious red and black fruits with hints of spice. Definitely one you should try, especially at this price!



Montecastrillos Montecastrillos $13.00

In Ribera del Duero, Tempranillo is king. Torremilanos takes care producing this grape through organic and biodynamic farming, allowing it to shine. Rich black fruits, subtle spice, leather and vanilla. Superbly balanced, pairs well with roasted or grilled meats and tomato based sauces.



Torre Oria Torre Oria $14.00

Valencia sits along the Mediterranean coast of Spain. Known for growing ripe varietals such as bobal, which comprises 40% of this blend. What makes this wine so unique is that it undergoes the same aging requirements as a Rioja. This being a Gran Reserva means it was aged in barrel and bottle for a minimum of 5 years before release. Bold dark fruits, spice and licorice, great structure and finish.



Torremoron Torremoron $16.00

Quintanamanvirgo has 94 inhabitants, a bar and this winery. From higher elevation and ancient bush vined tempranillo, this is one of the most intense, but still lively and bright Tempranillos you'll ever taste. Vines were planted from 1914 - 1934 and produce grapes with remarkable concentration and delightful complexity! How this much wine comes all the way here at this price is crazy. Enjoy!

Garnacha, Carignan, Tempranillo, merlot and Syrah all play very well together in this delicious Spanish blend. Stewed cherry and strawberry, baking spice with lovely structure. A remarkable white aged 11 months on the lees in French oak from a grape we'd never heard of and one we've never seen in Ribero. The rich buttery oak is the perfect foil for vibrant acidity and richness. Flavors of key lime, peach, apricot, toasty oak, and more. One of our favorites!



Vina Alberdi Vina Alberdi $25.00

The Rioja Alta region boasts not only some of the most historic vineyards of the area, but it is also the coolsest, and has the altitudes in Rioja. This allows for structured tempranillo balanced with acidity and complex flavors. This reserva shows beautiful black fruit, cedar, fresh dill and coconut from its time spent in 100% American oak. Enjoy slowly and savor.

    Sori Gramella refers to the one of the only single vineyard Moscatos, and Marco is the only producer to bottle this striking limestone amphitheater commercially. Once the 30 year old vines give up their bounty, and the grapes are harvested and pressed, they are kept in stainless steel at a low temperature to prevent fermentation until an order is received in order to provide the freshest wine possible.

    Wine has been produced in Montsant for over 2,000 years. The diverse soil types and landscapes are conducive to making a high quality product. Surrounding Priorat, and sharing it's Llicorella soil, this wine has a lot going on. Dark cherry, black and blue berries, spice, herbs and minerality. Good amount of tannin with acid to balance.     This four grain whiskey uses a blend of rye, wheat and barley sourced from the Colorado Malting Company, and corn from Briess Malting in Wisconsin - encompassing the "mother grains" of bourbon. The whiskey ages about 3 years, all year round to capture the seasonal nuances from the ever-changing Colorado mountain air, in new, 53 gallon charred oak barrels source from Independent Stave Company.
