Valentines Day and Week

Valentine's Day is almost here again! It's always been a big deal and very popular with our guests but every year we have to say no to some of you procrastinators! We hate saying no for any reason, so we're expanding our Valentine's offer here at Bitto for the week! We'll be taking reservations and offering the V-Day special from Monday February 10th through Saturday February 15th. For $80 a couple, we will start you with two glasses of bubbly, our classic homemade bruschetta followed by a 3-Cheese platter with our most popular selections. A lovely chocolate dessert is also included as is a $25 wine credit to be used for any wine we serve. Explore our large by-the-glass program or try out a bottle! We have done our part to keep you guys out of the dog house so be sure to call to get a reservation sometime during the week!

Please know that we now offer reservations for ANY size party so please give us a call at 303-452-4900 to book a time. You can drop us an email using the contact us form. We will of course be offering our regular menu as well during this time. Tax and gratuity are not included.

Fun New Arrivals

  • Bermatinger

    Bermatinger

Do you love Burgundy, but not the price tag attached to it? This spatburgunder from Baden gives you a stellar example of what pinot can be outside of France. Red fruits and floral notes accompanied by that earthy, forest floor, mushroom that Burgundy is known for. Beautifully balanced, definitely one that should have a place at your table.

  • Gotes del Priorat

    Gotes del Priorat

A slightly different and wonderful lighter take on Priorat. The gorgeous blue slate show immediately on the nose, Carignan is there but with richness and elegance. Really pretty and an homage to the fruit. Gorgeous leather and blue black fruit flavors with spice and soft leather. Organic, hand picked and just 9 months in French, this really is a lovely wine!

  • Obsidian Cab

    Obsidian Cab

A wonderful classic CA Cab with solid structure from the altitude and Hungarian oak. Reserved and dark on the nose with aromas of blackberries, hints of black licorice and coffee. Really nice and elegant. Touch on the masculine side with no jammy, jelly jar junk here. Wonderfully different.

  • Clos Mazurique

    Clos Mazurique

Along the Loire river you'll find Saumur. Cab Franc dominates the red plantings and we can see a prime example with this bottle. Perfumed floral aromas, dark cherry, forest floor and mineral. Gorgeous mouthfeel and smooth tannic structure. Bright acidity making this wine an easy drinker.
