Corporate Events

Bitto Bistro is an ideal location for group meetings, casual mixers, or special events.  Conveniently located just off I-25 at 144th Ave, less than a mile south of the I-470 intersection and Northwest Parkway. Easy access to DIA, Denver, Boulder, and Longmont make Bitto within easy reach of most business districts. Our flexible dining and patio spaces can accommodate groups of all sizes.  So whether you're planning a lunch meeting, evening reception or fun teambuilding event, you can be certain it will be comfortable and fun.

Our specialty is (predictably) wine related events and tastings. Our on-staff sommeliers can guide your group through an educational and fun workshop with tasting on different wine regions of the world or the many lesser known varietals available here in Colorado. Finish the workshop session with our lovely cheese and charcuterie platters paired with wines and you've created a memorable event for your crew! Sample workshops include:

  • Spain & Portugal
  • Italy
  • France
  • California
  • Pinot in all colors
  • Unusual grapes you should be drinking
  • Bubbly!
  • Winemaking & Viticulture

We have free wi-fi as well as an LCD projector and screen available.

    Chateau Deux Rocs

A rose of lovely character, with fleshy red fruit and floral aromas. Its intense fruit and tannic backbone will make it the perfect match for spicy Mexican or Thai food.

    Schieferkopf

Acid freaks rejoice! This dry Riesling shows the classic stone minerality and petrol on the nose with floral aromatics as well. The palate yields citrus, green apple and stonefruits with mouth watering acidity. A great food wine or one simply just to drink.

  • Miquel Pons 77 Xarelho

    Miquel Pons 77 Xarelho

Paying homage to Miquel Pons who has 77 harvests under his belt is this delicious Xarel·lo. Handpicked and aged in French barrels with generous lees treatment, this is Xarel-lo like none we ever had. Gorgeous earthy acidty wrapped in creamy texture and ample oak. If you are a Cali chard drinker, prepare to have your heart broken by this Spanish seductress!

  • Bermatinger

    Bermatinger

Do you love Burgundy, but not the price tag attached to it? This spatburgunder from Baden gives you a stellar example of what pinot can be outside of France. Red fruits and floral notes accompanied by that earthy, forest floor, mushroom that Burgundy is known for. Beautifully balanced, definitely one that should have a place at your table.
